Contract Signing The buyer grants authority to the Auctioneer or any person authorised by the Auctioneer, to sign Contract for Sale or sale contract relating to the property on the buyers behalf.
Independent Legal Advice (i) Buyers are advised to consult with their solicitors immediately on identifying a property of interest.
(ii) Buyers are advised to bring all documentation in the legal pack provided by the sellers on buynewhomes.ie to their solicitors for independent advice before bidding.
(iii) Solicitors are advised to download the legal pack provided by the sellers on buynewhomes.ie and conduct all due diligence before their clients bid.
Username (i) Every person registering with buynewhomes.ie chooses a unique username. These usernames cannot be changed afterwards.
(ii) Solicitors are advised to register their company name as username. Buyers are advised to select a name they are comfortable displaying to the general public.
